Billing FAQ

Welcome to our Billing FAQ. Here you will find answers to our most common billing inquiries. 

1. How is billing handled?

Depending on the hosting service you select with us, you have your choice of monthly or annual billing. For your convenience, your hosting subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of your billing period. If you do not want to renew your subscription, you must cancel 7 days before the end of your initial billing period in order for your request for cancellation to take effect. If your request for cancellation occurs 6 days or less before the end of your billing period, your hosting subscription will be renewed and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

2. How do I change my billing period?

To request a change in your billing cycle, please contact our Billing Department at billing@myhostcenters.com.

3. How do I make a payment?

Payments can easily be made through our convenient check-out process. Once you select the credit card for your payment, your hosting subscription will begin and you will be automatically charged for each billing period.

4. How do I update my credit card?

To update your credit card, please login to your account and modify the credit card information. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at billing@myhostcenters.com

5. How do I update my contact information?

To update your contact information, please login to your account. It is important to keep your contact information up-to-date to get the latest billing notifications from us.

6. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by emailing us at billing@myhostcenters.com. You must cancel 7 days before the end of your billing period in order for your request for cancellation to take effect and to avoid an automatic charge on your credit card for your hosting subscription. There will be no refunds if you make your request 6 days or less before the end of your billing period or when the next billing period begins.

7. I forgot my password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request to get it reset by emailing us at billing@myhostcenters.com
